The location was perfekt. 1-2 minute walk to the beach and good resturants.
The wifi didn't work in the room. It worked sometimes in the reception but not all the time. Bad isolated, when it was rainy outside the room got wet directly. The dogs start yell and cry at around 6-7 am every morning And i dont think they clean that often, cause it was pretty dirty

Virtually nothing! Only good points were location next to Mondo tapas bar (excellent food and great staff )and a few other places to eat and drink so you don't have to spend time in Moon 'resort'.
First off its not a resort as it has no facilities. No pool etc. staff were unaware of our booking and offered us a cheaper rate than offered through Booked.net before retracting the offer when said booking was found. generally staff were unhelpful and reception had erratic hours making buying simple things like water difficult. As for the room; good size but not very clean, shower did not drain, joke security - rusty old padlock that would have disintegrated with any applied force and only a latch to lovk from inside, greeted with cockroaches in the two nights we dared to stay, awoke to find balcony covered in dog mess from all the dogs that seemed to be roaming the place. Now I know it was low season and I expect a bit of 'tinkering' but mixing cement on the main throughfare through the 'resort' takes the mick. Do not stay here.

Good location
The resort was terrible. We had booked for 5 nights, but after one night checked out, we didn't wanna stay 1 more hour there. The staff was rude, the bungalow was dark and you felt like being trapped in a cave, the smell in the room was musty, and it hadn't been cleaned properly (hair on the pillows, used cotton bud on the floor, hair on the toilet seat, etc) and the door was also broken, it could not be locked. I would not recommend anyone to book this resort.

Location is great.
Ran out of water after 1 minute or less each time we showered. Construction next door started early and loud noises into the evening. The resort is a bit run-down. We never ate at their restaurant, but rather went next door on the street side to Mondo's Cafe: Excellent food and service there.

The location of the resort was great, easy access to the beach and not too far to walk to the Night Market. There are also plenty of restaurants in the vicinity which are slightly cheaper (not by much) than the beach restaurant. At the time of looking for accommodation this was the only place available and then I almost cancelled it after reading all the reviews on here and other websites. Yes the bungalows are somewhat basic but I had no real issues during my stay there. There are 2 types, one is a more solid construction while one is more bamboo and is a bit more open (gap between the roof and the walls). I only spotted one dog around but only heard barking on one occasion but this was due to other dogs nearby also barking. Bar staff were friendly and helpful. I did not notice that they did airport transfers, so only got a transfer on departure and not on arrival. If you do go to Phu Quoc during the Christmas period, the prices are higher as it's high season and make sure you book as a all hotels are fully booked around this period. There are more hotels being finished so next year might be a different matter.
The bathroom in my bungalow could have been better, sink was nearly hanging off the wall which resulted in water dripping from the pipework underneath. A bit of an inconvenience but not enough to upset me. The shower area was not the best. I think that a simple rework of the bathroom could have made it more pleasant. There were some power cuts and I believe this is due to the work being carried out at the new airport. The wifi didn't have a good signal in my room, outside the reception area it worked well. Reviews are subjective, what is acceptable to one person may not be for the next so it's difficult to recommend this to others. My experience was ok, didn't have any experience that ruined my holiday there.
